| 360 H X 240 W, 400 H X 280 W, 450 H X 320 W and 460 H X 460 W Artwork Specs for Printing Posters, Supplied Disk Specifications All final art must be supplied as digital files. The document needs to be created to the finished size with all bleeds and/or safeties allowed for. Acceptable Document File Formats: Quark, XPress 4.1 or earlier, Adobe Illustrator 8.0 or earlier. File should provide for a minimum of 1/80 for bleed areas. All live copy should be kept 1/40 in from the document edges. All fonts used in the document should be PostScript. True Type fonts are not recommended and both the printer fonts and the screen fonts need to be included on the disk. All picture, artwork and/or attached files must be separated or created in CMYK color or gray-scale. All scans/separations must have a resolution of at least 300 dpi at the size they will print. tints and separated/scanned art will print at 150 line screen. Acceptable formats for attachments or linked files: .eps .tif. pdf. A 1/3 sized printout of the document and printout of the directory window needs to accompany the release disk. Acceptable disk media: Iomega Zip or Jazz Disk, CD-Rom. |
